Breakaway to southeastern United States highlighting Tennessee, Georgia,
Florida, and Alabama. Get to know your fellow travelers as we make our way to
the Oglesby, IL, area.
Wed., Jan. 20: Nashville, TN (CB, D)
Today's travels will bring us to Nashville, TN, making stops along the way. Upon
arrival we will check into our lodging which is located in the downtown area.
Tonight, at Nashville’s #1 Dinner and Show, be entertained with country music
from past and present while dining at Nashville Nightlife Dinner Theater.
Thurs., Jan. 21: Macon, GA (CB)
Traveling through the state of Tennessee, we will make a stop in Chattanooga,
TN, and then on to Atlanta, GA. We will do some sightseeing here, including the
Centennial Olympic Stadium that was built in 1996 for the Olympics. This evening
we overnight in Macon, GA.
Fri., Jan. 22: Savannah, GA (CB)
Continuing along we make our way to Savannah, GA, just off the coast of the
Atlantic Ocean. Historical landmarks, houses, museums, squares and parks abound
this beautiful coastal city. Savannah is known for its wealth of history and
architecture that few American cities can match. To experience this we take a
guided tour and visit the City Market area.
Sat., Jan. 23: St. Augustine, FL (CB)
This morning we depart Savannah and head to the downtown area of Jacksonville,
FL, for shopping and lunch along St. John’s River area and go out to the beach.
Then travel to St. Augustine, FL, the nation’s oldest city, where we will stay
for the night. You’ll find this area to be very charming and full of history. A
trolley tour around town will take us to the site where Ponce de Leon first
landed ashore and so much more in this delightful tour.
Sun., Jan. 24: Orlando, FL (CB)
Sit back and enjoy the scenery this morning as we travel further south, through
Daytona Beach, and over to Orlando, FL. This afternoon Sea World is included to
see sharks, dolphins, penguins, and much more in this fun park. We spend three
nights here to enjoy the weather and many attractions Orlando has to offer.
Mon., Jan. 25: Orlando, FL (CB)
Enjoy the sunshine around Orlando! You may wish to explore Epcot Center, Disney
World, MGM, Universal Studios, Holy Land (transportation to parks included)
(cost of admission on own). Or, take in a round of golf, relax at the hotel, and
more on your own.
Tues., Jan. 26: Orlando, FL (CB)
One more day to spend the day at another Disney Theme park (transportation to
parks included) (cost of admission on own). Or, enjoy a free day when you may
want to just relax by the pool, or pamper yourself at one of area luxurious
spas.
Wed., Jan. 27: Panama City, FL (CB)
Departing Orlando today we journey through north-central Florida and over to
Panama City, FL, located off the shores of the Gulf of Mexico, for a three-night
stay.
Thurs., Jan. 28: Panama City, FL (CB)
Enjoy free time in this popular Gulf shore resort area with beautiful white sand
beaches and emerald Gulf waters.
Fri., Jan. 29: Panama City, FL (CB)
Explore more of the area today, or relax on the beach.
Sat., Jan. 30: Mobile, AL (CB, D)
From Panama City, we follow the Gulf Coast with beautiful views and sights along
the way to Pensacola, FL. A tour of the renown National Naval Aviation Museum
here is included. A spectacular collection of artifacts representing the Navy,
Marine Corps and Coast Guard Aviation, plus over 150 beautifully restored
aircraft are featured here. Then we cross over from Florida into Alabama with
our destination being Mobile, AL - the city where Mardi Gras began. We will
visit the Battleship U.S.S. Alabama, where you can explore the ship at your own
pace, learning about its missions and history. Tonight we get together for a
delicious Mardi Gras Dinner.
Sun., Jan. 31: Memphis, TN (CB)
A traveling day today that takes us through Mississippi and up to Memphis, TN,
where we will stay for the night.
Mon., Feb. 1: St. Louis, MO (CB)
This morning we stop at Graceland to see Elvis’ Mansion and explore the grounds
seeing how this Rock ‘n Roll legend got his start and how he lived. Then on to
St. Louis, MO. Here we will visit the St. Louis Arch where you may wish to take
a ride to the top (cost not included).
Tues., Feb. 2: Cedar Rapids, IA (CB, D)
The day ahead is a relaxing one as we make our way closer to home, and ending
our day Cedar Rapids, IA. A Farewell Meal is included tonight.
Wed., Feb. 3: Home (CB)
We wind up our tour today after a wonderful tour exploring the Southeast U.S.
and enjoying the variety of attractions and history along the way. We arrive

PICK-UP AND DROP-OFF locations follow the route of the tour to maintain a
flowing schedule. On tours 6 days or longer, shuttling may be available from
various locations, with minimum number of passengers. Some shuttles may require
an overnight stay. Fees may apply for shuttle service /hotel accommodations.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS: Receive a 100% refund when canceling, for any reason,
up to final payment due date. After final payment due date (listed on individual
brochure) and up to 7 business days prior to departure receive 75%, less
non-recoverable fees; this is for medical reasons only, need note from doctor.
(Travel companions are also covered) Tour cost is non-refundable 7 business days
prior to departure. There are no refunds on the air or cruise portion of the
tour after 61 days prior to departure. No refund to no shows and for non-covered
cancellations. If client cancels reservation, any refund processed by credit
card will be less a 3% processing fee. Call us for information on Optional
Insurance. The purchase of optional trip cancellation or interruption insurance
is highly recommended. Optional insurance can be purchased up to 72 hours prior
to departure. Certain deadlines apply for waiving pre-existing medical
exclusion. Optional Insurance premium is non-refundable. See Coverage Policy
Sheet for more details. FUEL SURCHARGE: Utopia Tours reserves the right to add a
fuel surcharge to the cost of the tour. Notice will be given prior to departure.
AIRFARE INCLUDED: The availability of airline seats may be limited from each
departure city. Utopia Tours reserves the right to provide ground transportation
to or from a larger or alternate airport. PERSONALLY ESCORTED: A congenial and
trained tour director will handle every detail, attend to the comfort and
pleasure of each individual and provide expert guidance throughout the tour.
LUGGAGE: Provision is made for handling one piece of luggage per person. You may
also take another travel bag to be handled by yourself. SEATING
ARRANGEMENTS: No seats are reserved on our motorcoach tour except the seat
behind the driver which is reserved for the Tour Director. A seat rotation
procedure will be followed. IDENTIFICATION: For tour members entering
Canada or foreign ports, passports are required starting 6/1/09. UTOPIA TOURS
reserves the right to make changes or alterations in the printed itinerary,
dates, routings, or included features prior to or during the tour as may be
necessary for the smooth and efficient operation of the tour without prior
notice and assumes no responsibility for delays and/or expenses due to such
