Mon., Jan. 25: Grand Island, NE (CB)
This morning we will depart on a great southwestern tour seeing many
interesting sights and beautiful scenery along the way through Utah, Nevada,
California, Arizona, New Mexico, and more. We will enjoy getting to know
everyone on our way to Grand Island, NE, for the night.
Tues., Jan. 26: Rawlins, WY (CB)
Today we will sightsee on our way to Rawlins, WY. We will make an interesting
stop at the Pioneer Village Museum in Minden, NE. Then on to Ogallala and
Cheyenne, WY, before arriving in Rawlins.
Wed., Jan. 27: Salt Lake City, UT (CB, D)
Today we will drive to Salt Lake City, traveling through the Rocky Mountains.
While in Salt Lake City we will visit Temple Square. Salt Lake City was founded
in 1847 by Mormon pioneers in search of religious freedom. Enjoy an included
meal this evening.
Thurs. Jan. 28: Las Vegas, NV (CB)
It’s Las Vegas here we come today! We arrive in Nevada today with lodging in Las
Vegas, NV, for two nights. Get acquainted with the area as we drive you through
town. While here you can visit the many unique casino hotels and maybe even try
your luck a little.
Fri., Jan. 29: Las Vegas, NV (CB)
A full day in Vegas today. You may opt to enjoy one of the many shows Vegas
is famous for, take a tour out to the Hoover Dam, or visit Laughlin ( shows,
Hoover Dam, and Laughlin trips are not included in cost of tour).
Sat., Jan. 30: Anaheim, CA (CB)
California, the Golden State, here we come! Our next two nights will be in the
Los Angeles area. We look forward to sunshine and pleasant temperatures the next
few days. We'll do some sightseeing in Hollywood and visit the Mann's Chinese
Theatre, Rodeo Drive, and more. Then on to Anaheim, CA, for a 2-night stay with
our lodging near Disneyland. Enjoy two included breakfasts during our stay in
Anaheim.
Sun., Jan. 31: Anaheim, CA (CB)
This morning we will attend church at the Crystal Cathedral and enjoy their
service in its beautiful setting. The balance of the day is free to go to
Disney’s California Adventure or Downtown Disney (Park admissions not included
in this tour).
Mon., Feb. 1: San Diego, CA (CB)
Today we will head south along the Pacific coastline to San Diego for a
two-night stay. In San Diego we will do some sightseeing before taking a cruise
out into the San Diego Harbor, viewing the San Diego skyline, U.S. Navy ships,
pleasure boats, and more.
Tues., Feb. 2: San Diego, CA (CB)
A special treat is in store for you this morning as we enjoy an included
breakfast buffet at Hotel del Coronado. Then it is on to the San Diego Zoo which
houses more than 4,000 animals in beautiful natural surroundings. Some of the
rarest wildlife in the world can be seen here. This evening we go to Seaport
Village. This 14-acre waterfront area includes shops, restaurants and
entertainment on its meandering cobblestone pathways.
Wed., Feb. 3: Scottsdale, AZ (CB)
Today we will cross mountains and deserts to the resort area of Scottsdale, AZ,
where we'll spend the next two nights at our hotel located in Scottsdale and
close to Old Town. Relax at the hotel, enjoy a trolley ride, visit Old Town, and
more on your own this evening.
Thurs., Feb. 4: Scottsdale, AZ (CB, D)
Time on your own in Scottsdale today. You can visit any family or friends you
may have in this area. Later this evening enjoy the Barleen Family Opry Dinner
Show.
Fri., Feb. 5: Flagstaff, AZ (CB)
Our journeys will take us to the Montezuma Castle National Monument near Camp
Verde, AZ. Montezuma Castle is actually a cliff dwelling nestled into the
limestone that served as a dwelling for the Sinagua Indians over 600 years ago.
Then, a short, but beautiful drive will take us to Sedona, AZ, a resort area
where we will have lunch. We will also travel through Oak Creek Canyon, the
second most popular area to visit in Arizona after the Grand Canyon. Then on to
Flagstaff for the night.
Sat., Feb. 6: Winslow, AZ (CB)
Our travels take us to the South Rim of the awesome Grand Canyon today. The
Grand Canyon is as much as 18 miles wide and about a mile deep and covers more
than 1 million acres. We'll also see the IMAX presentation on the Grand Canyon.
After our sightseeing here we'll travel back to Flagstaff and then continue to
Winslow, AZ, for the night.
Sun., Feb. 7: Santa Fe, NM (CB)
Our travels will take us to Gallup, NM, and Albuquerque, NM, where we'll have
time at Old Town and then continue to Santa Fe, NM, for the night.
Mon., Feb. 8: Denver, CO (CB, D)
We will stop for coffee in Raton before driving through the mountains to
Colorado, and then continue to Denver, the Mile High City, for the night. We
will have an included meal this evening.
Tues., Feb. 9: Columbus, NE (CB)
This morning we will make a stop in North Platte for lunch and then continue to
Columbus, NE, for the night.
Wed., Feb. 10: Home (CB)
Return home today after a great tour filled with many memories while visiting

in tour itinerary, lodging, baggage handling (for one piece of luggage per
person), taxes, tips for services included in tour, meals mentioned in "Price
Includes" section of itinerary. NOT INCLUDED: Tips for meals or services not
included in tour price; also, gratuities to Tour Director and Driver are
customary.
PICK-UP AND DROP-OFF locations follow the route of the tour to maintain a
flowing schedule. On tours 6 days or longer, shuttling may be available from
various locations, with minimum number of passengers. Some shuttles may require
an overnight stay. Fees may apply for shuttle service /hotel accommodations.
General Tour Information
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS: Receive a 100% refund when canceling, for any reason,
up to final payment due date. After final payment due date (listed on individual
brochure) and up to 7 business days prior to departure receive 75%, less
non-recoverable fees; this is for medical reasons only, need note from doctor.
(Travel companions are also covered) Tour cost is non-refundable 7 business days
prior to departure. There are no refunds on the air or cruise portion of the
tour after 61 days prior to departure. No refund to no shows and for non-covered
cancellations. If client cancels reservation, any refund processed by credit
card will be less a 3% processing fee. Call us for information on Optional
Insurance. The purchase of optional trip cancellation or interruption insurance
is highly recommended. Optional insurance can be purchased up to 72 hours prior
to departure. Certain deadlines apply for waiving pre-existing medical
exclusion. Optional Insurance premium is non-refundable. See Coverage Policy
Sheet for more details. FUEL SURCHARGE: Utopia Tours reserves the right to add a
fuel surcharge to the cost of the tour. Notice will be given prior to departure.
AIRFARE INCLUDED: The availability of airline seats may be limited from each
departure city. Utopia Tours reserves the right to provide ground transportation
to or from a larger or alternate airport. PERSONALLY ESCORTED: A congenial and
trained tour director will handle every detail, attend to the comfort and
pleasure of each individual and provide expert guidance throughout the tour.
LUGGAGE: Provision is made for handling one piece of luggage per person. You may
also take another travel bag to be handled by yourself. SEATING
ARRANGEMENTS: No seats are reserved on our motorcoach tour except the seat
behind the driver which is reserved for the Tour Director. A seat rotation
procedure will be followed. IDENTIFICATION: For tour members entering
Canada or foreign ports, passports are required starting 6/1/09. UTOPIA TOURS
reserves the right to make changes or alterations in the printed itinerary,
dates, routings, or included features prior to or during the tour as may be
necessary for the smooth and efficient operation of the tour without prior
notice and assumes no responsibility for delays and/or expenses due to such
modification. SMOKING: No smoking is allowed on the motorcoach. RESPONSIBILITY:

for injuries, expenses or damages whatsoever incurred or claimed by any tour
