Thurs., Feb. 14: "Happy Valentines Day!" A fun day to start out on this scenic tour to sunny Arizona to escape the cold and snow for a few days. Our first days destination is Grand Island, NE, making the necessary meal stops along the way.

Fri., Feb. 15: We continue through Nebraska today to Colorado. Well stop in Denver, and then continue to Colorado Springs for the night. Enjoy the beauty of the Rocky Mountains as we travel along,

Sat., Feb. 16: From Colorado we enter New Mexico. Well stop at Old Town in Santa Fe and then go on to Albuquerque, NM, to spend the night.

Sun., Feb. 17: Youll enjoy scenic mountain beauty today. Well travel to Gallup, NM, then into Arizona to Holbrook, Winslow, and Flagstaff. Then continue up to Grand Canyon, AZ, where we will check in for the tonight.

Mon., Feb. 18: This morning well sightsee here at the majestic Grand Canyon and enjoy the beauty from the South Rim. Well see the IMAX film on the Grand Canyon. After leaving here we will go on to Flagstaff and then continue down through the beautiful Oak Creek Canyon to Sedona. Well have a break here this afternoon, then arrive in Phoenix / Scottsdale, AZ, area for the next 5 nights. Our lodging is in the Old Scottsdale Area.

Tues., Feb. 19: Today we will relax after some busy traveling days. Visit friends or just enjoy the hotel area.

Wed.-Fri., Feb. 20-22: Enjoy these extended days in the Valley of the Sun. Your guide will list various options available. We will have an included dinner and show one evening at the Barleens Arizona Opry Dinner Theater plus enjoy an afternoon cruise on Canyon Lake surrounded by the Superstition Mountains. You can take a trolley around Old Scottsdale, shop at Fashion Square Mall and so much more. Breakfast included each morning – truly a relaxing few days.

Sat., Feb. 23: From the Southwest atmosphere of Arizona today we will travel to Laughlin, NV. Located along the Colorado River, Laughlin is a small town with big city entertainment. Enjoy the casinos and time here in Laughlin.

Sun.-Mon., Feb. 24-25: Las Vegas, NV, is our next destination for a 2-night stay. Try your luck at the many casinos, take in a show, see all the city lights or go on a day trip to Hoover Dam.

Tues., Feb. 26: Leaving Las Vegas enjoy a scenic drive to Salt Lake City, UT. Spend some time at Temple Square before going to our hotel for the night.

Wed., Feb. 27: The scenery will change today as we leave Salt Lake and travel to Cheyenne, WY.

Thurs., Feb. 28: Today we go to Columbus, NE with meal stops along the way as we visit about our travels to the Southwest.

Fri., Feb. 29: Leap year this year! Spend this extra day of February heading home after a great tour. Thank you for traveling with Utopia Tours!

~PICK-UP AND DROP-OFF locations follow the route of the tour to maintain a flowing schedule. On tours 6 days or longer, shuttling may be available from various locations, with minimum number of passengers. Some shuttles may require an overnight stay. Fees may apply for shuttle service /hotel accommodations.
 

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS: Receive a 100% refund when canceling, for any reason, up to final payment due date. After final payment due date (listed on individual brochure) and up to 7 business days prior to departure receive 75%, less non-recoverable fees; this is for medical reasons only, need note from doctor. (Travel companions are also covered) Tour cost is non-refundable 7 business days prior to departure. There are no refunds on the air or cruise portion of the tour after 61 days prior to departure. No refund to no shows and for non-covered cancellations. If client cancels reservation, any refund processed by credit card will be less a 3% processing fee. Call us for information on Optional Insurance with Travelex. The purchase of optional trip cancellation or interruption insurance is highly recommended. Optional insurance can be purchased up to 72 hours prior to departure. Certain deadlines apply for waiving pre-existing medical exclusion. Optional Insurance premium is non-refundable.
