FOR THE MOTORCOACH TOURS:

PAYMENTS: A $100 deposit per person is required within 5 days of reservation to hold reservation. (Deposit amount may vary on some tours) On most tours the balance is due 35 days prior to departure -- unless indicated otherwise on the individual tour brochure (e.g.: Alaska Tours are due 65 days prior). Check or Cashier’s Check are the preferred method of payment. Credit Cards are also accepted. A Tour Confirmation Letter will sent upon receipt of initial payment. The Hotel List, and letter listing pick-up and drop-off location and time, etc., will be sent approximately 10 days to 2 weeks prior to departure.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS: Receive a 100% refund when canceling, for any reason, up to final payment due date. See individual tour brochures for additional cancellation and refund policies per tour. No refund to no shows and for non-covered cancellations. If client cancels reservation, any refund processed by credit card will be less a 3% processing fee.

TOUR INCLUDES: See “Price Includes” Section. All sightseeing admissions, transportation, transfers, guide fees, tour director services, events included in tour itinerary, lodging, baggage handling for one piece of luggage per person (shorter tours may not have baggage handling included), taxes, tips for services included in tour, meals mentioned in "Price Includes" section of itinerary. NOT INCLUDED: Tips for meals or services not included in tour price; also, gratuities to Tour Director and Driver are customary.

FUEL SURCHARGE: Utopia Tours reserves the right to add a fuel surcharge to the cost of the tour. Notice will be given prior to departure.

AIRFARE INCLUDED: The availability of airline seats may be limited from each departure city. Utopia Tours reserves the right to provide ground transportation to or from a larger or alternate airport. Price of airline tickets may vary depending on booking date. Book early for best price. Full, legal names are required for airline tickets.

CRUISE INCLUDED: The availability of category/rooms may be limited on the cruise. Prices may vary depending on booking date. Book early for best price. Full, legal names are required for cruise bookings.

PICK-UP AND DROP-OFF LOCATIONS follow the route of the tour. Shuttling may be available from various locations with minimum number of passengers, and may require an overnight stay (fees may apply for shuttle(s) / hotel).

PERSONALLY ESCORTED: A congenial and trained tour director will handle every detail, attend to the comfort and pleasure of each individual and provide expert guidance throughout the tour.

LUGGAGE: Provision is made for handling one piece of luggage per person (weight and size limits apply due to hotel and airline restrictions, and the safety of our employees). You may also take another travel bag to be handled by yourself.

SEATING ARRANGEMENTS: No seats are reserved on our motorcoach tour except the seat behind the driver which is reserved for the Tour Director. A seat rotation procedure will be followed.

GROUP TRAVEL: If you belong to a specific group such as a flower club, senior group, bank club, church group, quilting club, we can help you book onto one of our existing tours, or plan a customized tour for your group/ club.

GIFT CERTIFICATES are available. A great gift idea for any occasion.

IDENTIFICATION: For tour members entering Canada or foreign ports, appropriate identification is required.

UTOPIA TOURS reserves the right to make changes or alterations in the printed itinerary, dates, routings, or included features prior to or during the tour as may be necessary for the smooth and efficient operation of the tour without prior notice and assumes no responsibility for delays and/or expenses due to such modification. Utopia Tours also reserves the right to withdraw a tour at any time.

SMOKING: No smoking is allowed on the motorcoach.

RESERVATION FORMS are included on the individual tour brochures.

RESPONSIBILITY: Utopia Tours is not responsible for any loss or damage of personal property or for injuries, expenses or damages whatsoever incurred or claimed by any tour member. Utopia Tours is not responsible for items “left behind” by passengers.

~SOME OF THE TOURS FILL UP QUICKLY-if possible reserve early to ensure a seat. We offer a variety of tours which include many exciting destinations, historic sites and great entertainment. We strive to make your tour comfortable, relaxing, and enjoyable in every way.

~FULL INDIVIDUAL BROCHURES ARE AVAILABLE ON EACH TOUR. They will have more detail for day-to-day sightseeing and inclusions. See these brochures for cancellation and refund policies specified for that tour.

PASSPORT INFORMATION

We suggest applying for Passports for travel in 2008. Requirements may change with short notice.

~Beginning 1/23/07: All persons - including U.S. citizens - traveling by air from Canada, Mexico, the Caribbean, and Bermuda will be required to have a passport to enter the United States.

~Beginning as early 1/1/08: All persons - including U.S. citizens - traveling between the U.S. and Canada, Mexico, Central & South America, the Caribbean, and Bermuda by land or sea (including ferries), may be required to present a valid passport or other documents as determined by the Dept of Homeland Security.

~Land or sea travel in 2007 between U.S. & Canada, Mexico, Central & South America, the Caribbean, and Bermuda does not require a passport at this time.

~Air travel to Alaska in 2008 does not require passport.

~Passports are good for 10 years! Apply for them now so you can be ready for those last-minute getaways!
