Thurs., Dec. 4: As the Christmas holiday gets closer, join Utopia Tours as we travel to Nashville and take in many festive activities. We will make our necessary stops today as we go to Oglesby, IL, for the night.

Fri., Dec. 5: We continue south today arriving in Nashville - Music City, USA - later today. Our lodging is at the beautiful Opryland Hotel in Nashville for three nights. During the holidays the hotel is beautifully decorated with poinsettias, trees, lights, and much activity to enjoy. While here you can take a stroll through the conservatory or enjoy a boat ride on the Delta, a river and lake system with passenger-carrying flatboats (on own). In your lodging packet you will have a VIP Coupon Book valued at $250. This evening at the Ryman Auditorium we experience the Grand Ole Opry, the worlds longest-running radio show featuring talented musicians and singers.

Sat., Dec. 6: This morning we will tour "the Hermitage," home of President Andrew Jackson. Then we will go to the Wildhorse Saloon for lunch, or you may choose to eat at other great restaurants in the area and do some shopping. This afternoon we will go to Gaylord Oprylands "ICE," a chilly adventure through hand-carved holiday displays created from more than 2 million pounds of ice. Then get ready for a wonderful evening. At the hotel, we will attend the "Louise Mandrell Christmas Dinner Party." Enjoy a traditional holiday dinner with all the trimmings, while Louise Mandrell performs her favorite Christmas songs and more.

Sun., Dec. 7: Today we will enjoy music and entertainment on the General Jackson Paddlewheel Boat as we cruise the Cumberland River. A delicious lunch is served as we are entertained. A stop will be made at the Opry Mills Complex for shopping. We will then return to the Opryland Hotel for time to enjoy the amenities it has to offer. Plus, while here take time to stroll through the Treasure For the Holidays craft, antique, and art show and the Hall of Trees. Tonight we will go to the Grand Ole Opry Theater to see the "Radio City Christmas Spectacular" starring the Rockettes! The Rockettes have been thrilling audiences of all ages with a dazzling musical production that includes the legendary "Parade of the Wooden Soldiers" and the "Living Nativity."

Mon., Dec. 8: From Nashville we ride in the comfort of our motorcoach as we head north through Kentucky and up to Rockford, IL. Our overnight is here in Rockford, IL.

Tues., Dec. 9: With the holidays now close at hand this tour will surely have been part of our holiday celebrations. We continue our way, arriving home this evening after a great tour. Thank you for traveling with Utopia Tours.

~PICK-UP AND DROP-OFF locations follow the route of the tour to maintain a flowing schedule. On tours 6 days or longer, shuttling may be available from various locations, with minimum number of passengers. Some shuttles may require an overnight stay. Fees may apply for shuttle service /hotel accommodations.
 

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS: Receive a 100% refund when canceling, for any reason, up to final payment due date. After final payment due date (listed on individual brochure) and up to 7 business days prior to departure receive 75%, less non-recoverable fees; this is for medical reasons only, need note from doctor. (Travel companions are also covered) Tour cost is non-refundable 7 business days prior to departure. There are no refunds on the air or cruise portion of the tour after 61 days prior to departure. No refund to no shows and for non-covered cancellations. If client cancels reservation, any refund processed by credit card will be less a 3% processing fee. Call us for information on Optional Insurance with Travelex. The purchase of optional trip cancellation or interruption insurance is highly recommended. Optional insurance can be purchased up to 72 hours prior to departure. Certain deadlines apply for waiving pre-existing medical exclusion. Optional Insurance premium is non-refundable.
