Sun., Aug. 17: We depart this morning for the Pacific Northwest on a tour that is full of beautiful scenery, exploring magnificent mountains, forests, coast of Victoria, and the coast of Washington. Our destination is Estevan, SK.
Mon., Aug. 18: From Estevan, SK, we head west through Canada to Medicine Hat, AB.
Tues., Aug. 19: Continuing on to the Pacific Northwest we make a stop in Calgary, AB, home of the Calgary Stampede. Later, it will be an enjoyable afternoon as we go to the beautiful Lake Louise with time for coffee at Chateau Lake Louise, nestled in the mountains and off the shores of the Lake. Our overnight is in Banff, AB.
Wed., Aug. 20: Enjoy the parks today as we pass through Yoho National Park, Rogers Pass, Glacier National Park, and Revelstoke National Park, a beautiful drive. Revelstoke, BC, is our home for the night, staying at the unforgettable Three Valley Gap. Enjoy a guided tour of the ghost town and gardens, and then conclude our day with a delicious meal here.
Thurs., Aug. 21: This morning we pass Shuswap Lake on our way to Kamloops, BC, then end our day in Vancouver, BC. Along the way a stop will be made at Hells Gate Canyon, located on the Fraser River, and descends 500 feet. Once in Vancouver well be surrounded by the blue waters of the straits of Georgia.
Fri., Aug. 22: Today a local guide will join us for a tour around Vancouver, through Stanley Park, Queen Elizabeth Park, downtown, Chinatown, Gastown, and much more. Later we will board a ferry crossing over to Vancouver Island for a two-night stay in Victoria, BC.
Sat., Aug. 23: Victoria is the capital of British Columbia and is situated on the southeast tip of Vancouver Island. It is a major port with two harbors and a distinct English flavor. Today we enjoy a city tour past We will view the Parliament Buildings, Christ Church Cathedral, Inner Harbor, Victorian homes, and other historical sights. The Butchart Gardens are next today as we explore its nearly 50 acres of beautifully maintained gardens. Its "Sunken Garden" was created in the early 1900s by the Butcharts on the site of their depleted limestone quarry. Since the 1920s, when it became a tourist attraction, the Rose, Japanese, and Italian Gardens have been added. The evening is free to enjoy the beautiful harbor area, enjoy a meal, see the Empress Hotel, and more.
Sun., Aug. 24: Today we travel by ferry from Vancouver Island through the San Juan Islands to Anacortes, WA. We then take Hwy 5 to Seattle, WA. We will spend time at the Seattle Waterfront and Pike Place Market. Plus enjoy a ride to the top of the Space Needle for beautiful views of the mountain ranges, and possibly a view of Mt. Rainier.
Mon., Aug. 25: A local tour guide will join us today to sightsee around the beautiful city of Seattle, known as the "Emerald City." We then depart Seattle, crossing the Cascade Mountain Range, for the Bavarian Alpine Village of Leavenworth, WA. The Leavenworth area got its first homesteaders in 1885 when a handful of people settled in the Icicle Flats. A stop will be made at a Farmers Market in the area. Our over night is here in Leavenworth, WA.
Tues., Aug. 26: A short drive takes us to Wenatchee, WA, where a stop will be made a fruit market to pick some fresh fruit, and then continue on through the Cascade Mountains to Spokane, WA, near the Washington / Idaho border. Crossing into Idaho we enjoy some of the beauty of Lake Coeur dAlene, one of the five most beautiful lakes in the World. We will stay in Butte, MT, tonight.
Wed., Aug. 27: We make our way through Montana to Medora, ND. This evening we will go to the famous Medora Musical.
Thurs., Aug. 28: Homeward bound today after a tour seeing the national parks of Canada, ports and cities of the Seattle/Vancouver/Victoria area, the terrain of the Cascade Mountains, and so much more. We arrive home later this afternoon, with meal and comfort stops made along the way. Thank you for traveling with Utopia Tours.

~PICK-UP AND DROP-OFF locations follow the route of the tour to maintain a
flowing schedule. On tours 6 days or longer, shuttling may be available from
various locations, with minimum number of passengers. Some shuttles may require
an overnight stay. Fees may apply for shuttle service /hotel accommodations.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS: Receive a 100% refund when canceling, for any reason, up to final payment due date. After final payment due date (listed on individual brochure) and up to 7 business days prior to departure receive 75%, less non-recoverable fees; this is for medical reasons only, need note from doctor. (Travel companions are also covered) Tour cost is non-refundable 7 business days prior to departure. There are no refunds on the air or cruise portion of the tour after 61 days prior to departure. No refund to no shows and for non-covered cancellations. If client cancels reservation, any refund processed by credit card will be less a 3% processing fee.
